Non-Destructive Testing

Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) method used to detect surface-breaking discontinuities like cracks, porosity, and laps on non-porous materials such as metals, plastics, and ceramics.

The MPI Inspection process involves magnetizing of the test material to create a magnetic field and then applying magnetic iron particles. These particles are attracted to "flux leakage" areas, which are caused by flaws like cracks, causing the particles to cluster and visually indicate the defect's location

The Ultrasonic Testing helps checking the surface and sub-surface level discontinuities and flaws using a UFD tool to ensure the integrity of the test equiment.

RT Services ensure component reliability and safety across various industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, and construction. The radiation passes through the object, and variations in density due to defects are captured on a film or digital detector, appearing as shadows on the resulting radiograph.
